Instructor Info

LaCoya Shelton, Doctoral Candidate, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HCS is the Founder and CEO of Revolutionary HR Consulting. Ms. Shelton became certified at the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) level in 2004.  She is a protégé and former “Top Gun” student of Mr. Jack Milligan, SPHR, GPHR who successfully taught The HRCI Prep Class for over twenty years. LaCoya’s mastery of HR theory and practice have helped transform many organizations spanning various industries by aligning business strategies with talent management strategies.

Overview

The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) is the credentialing body for the PHR, the SPHR, the GPHR and California specific professional certifications.

The Guarantee

Ms. Shelton provides a guarantee that anyone who works hard enough to pass this course with a “B” or better will pass the national exam, if not, they may take any or all of the course over again at no charge and Ms. Shelton will pay the re-examination fee of any student who fails the examination who passed his class with an “A” grade.
